The ‘Formica Atomica’ has stated his desire to stay in Turin and his aims are as big as his claims…
Juventus starlet Sebastian Giovinco has warned interested clubs that he has no intention of leaving during the January transfer window.
Speculation surrounding his future in Turin has been rife and a number of clubs have shown an interest in him. His agents have always stated Giovinco’s desire to earn some corn with the Old Lady and now the protagonist has gone even further to cement his days with Juve.
Tuttosport have published an extract of a conversation between Giovinco and one of his agent’s Andrea D’Amico where the player’s intentions are clear.
“Andrea, why should I leave and change teams? Just because I play less? Here I train with superstars and I will find space sooner or later,” Giovinco said.
“Whether it’s now or in six months it doesn’t matter. I will train hard and always be ready. I am going to burst onto the scene.
“I think I will become the best at Juventus.”
Coach Claudio Ranieri has used the 21-year-old sparingly this season. Del Piero’s stunning form has kept Giovinco bolted to the bench.

Sebastian Giovinco’s agent Claudio Pasqualin insists his client will not be leaving Juventus during the January transfer window.
Seen as the heir to Alessandro Del Piero’s throne, Giovinco has a big future ahead of him in Turin, but he hasn’t always proved his worth to coach Claudio Ranieri.
The former Chelsea ‘Tinkerman’ has give the playmaker limited chances this season, leading to speculation of an exit.
His agent has now tried to put the matter to rest by claiming Giovinco will stay at Juventus.
“It’s unimmaginable to think Giovinco will leave Juve,” Pasqualin told Radio Radio.
“Giovinco’s bad luck is that he has to emulate Del Piero. Ranieri has picked him as the alternative to Del Piero who has no intention of giving up. “Giovinco just has to wait for his moment.”
A number of top European clubs including Arsenal have laid eyes on the youngster, but chances of an exit are slim.
The player signed a new deal in October and it’s unlikely Juve will want to sell him.

Alex Del Piero has told Sebastian Giovinco that he’ll one day inherit the Juventus No 10 shirt – but he’ll have to be patient.
The Under-21 international is a rising star in the Italian game and has inevitably been likened to the Old Lady skipper.
And although Del Piero does believe that Giovinco has the X-factor, he’s going to have to wait for his chance.
“I won’t be here in five years,” noted the 34-year-old. “But Giovinco will be. The future is his, along with [teammates] Claudio Marchisio and Paolo De Ceglie.”
